'Be yourself, live your life and enjoy yourself on the way.'
... were the words that bubbled up from deep inside this morning.
The fact that my inner wisdom sometimes appears in words is understandable, I am a wordy type, but they also bubble up in the form of moving pictures in my mind's eye.... and in my actions.
They are indeed a bit spesh.
