It’s like our DNA has an intelligence all of its own that just knows stuff without ever having sensed or being taught it… In fact, for some of us, it's best when we're not taught anything at all!
All of which can be annoyingly frustrating, especially when our innate intelligence is ignored, overruled or vehemently argued against. However, to us it remains intact if not somewhat ragged and bruised.
So here is opportunity for a little time out.
To let go and breathe awhile,
breathing life into everything you are,
everything of you and
the whole of life that endures no matter what.
Ah yes, your soul, your gorgeousness.
Your gorgeous innate intelligence that hangs on in there,
sometimes frayed at the edges,

News on the Living First front
Yay! Back to practicing in person!
Soooo looking forward to practicing in person once more.
Donation-only sessions begin Monday morning where I'll be offering 3, 1 hr Reiki sessions, with the option to take private sessions for either Reiki or Transformational Therapy during the rest of the week.

'I already know I want to buy this book'
which was mind blowing has been followed up with,
'This is a book for life, to be read on many occasions for help and inspiration. It's written in a language that anyone can read and understand without being' heavy'. It is scattered with humour and brings just the right tone of information for the reader. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It gave me much pause for thought but in a way that was acceptable to the palate.
I will be buying this book and know that I will turn to its pages many many times for inspiration, solace and heart warming knowledge. Pat, as far as I'm concerned its brilliant. I will never tire of reading it. Xx'

To be honest I can't believe it! I was expecting a stream of alterations, corrections, lists of omissions etc. I'll just have to soak it all in. I also know of 2 others who will be getting back to me and there's 3 yet to respond !
Part of me wants to get on and just do it - a whole other knows there's more to add to make it 'just so'.
